Pay only for time spent doing the Job

Our initial charge is for a fixed time of 1 hour and additional 30-minute payments if the hour isn’t enough. However, irrespective of the time booked for you, payment is based strictly on the time spent on your job. Hence, you’ll get part of
your money back if the job is completed before the time booked for it.

*Customer should provide the TV and TV mounting bracket prior to the service. The wall must be solid/sturdy, allowing the handymen to mount the TV without any additional reinforcement. Power and aerial sockets must be within 1 meter range of the mounting location. We do not provide TV and aerial service settings.

**Wall may need reinforcing.

– To give you a fixed price, we need to know the size of your TV and the type of wall it will be mounted to.
For plasterboard walls, first we inspect the wall to see if it can hold a TV. The wall can be reinforced with wood and then the TV is mounted on the wood.

Who provides the TV brackets?

Ideally, the customer should provide the technician the brackets needed to wall mount your TV. Most TVs come from the factory with mounting brackets. However, if your TV has no brackets included by its manufacturer, we can help
source them for you. But to avoid any problems in sourcing them, we’ll have to be provided with their make and model.

 

Are there TVs you can’t wall mount?

We hang all types of TVs on all types of walls and surfaces. Whether they’re LCD, plasma, HDTV, smart TVs or any other types, our skilled workmen will do everything they can to install them. The same also applies for TVs of all sizes; big,
medium and small.

 

Does TV size and wall type influence your charges?

Yes. In fact, both size and wall-type are the main determinants of our pricing policy, particularly the former. The larger the size of the TV, the more the client has to pay.

 

What if I’m undecided about where to mount my TV?

if you can’t decide on where to mount your TV, our professional technician can help you select a perfect position. This decision is based on factors like ease of accessing the power outlet, height of the wall, size of the room, location of the wall studs, your favorite sitting position and even the condition of your eyes, among others.

 

How do you deal with the cables?

The cables and cords need expert attention to make the installation look tidy. Depending on your preferences, they can be hidden through chasing, trunking or concealing.
